I hate football, and my city doesn't have an NFL team. What is the appeal of football, anyways? The rules are arcane, the ball isn't a ball, and I've never seen anyone use their feet to propel it. (With the exception of Charlie Brown.) So here goes:

I hate basketball, and I especially hate NCAA basketball, so I could care less. Although I hate basketball less than I hate football. Why is it called football, when the players use their hands? And that ball isn't even round!
I think this week will be Masters Golf tournament week. I hope that Tiger Woods wins, so that I can rub my Tiger-hatin' ex-cow-orker's nose in Tiger's victory! (Other than that, I don't really care.)
Today is "Something on a Stick Day." So go for it... show us something on a stick!
(I actually can't remember the last time I knit something with straight needles. I either use circs or my Denise kit. But needles count as "sticks," right?)

I don't have a Barbie photo, but here's a sweater for Babs. A twin set, to boot. All I need to do is sew on some ribbon (on the inside edges of the front of the sweater), buttons, and snaps. I hope to get all that done within the next decade.

When it first came out, I wasn't that impressed and I heard that there were some issues with the first iPod touch. Then I tried out my coworker's. I was hooked. Shockingly, I don't use it as a music player as much. I like having the ability to Facebook and Twitter from the device. I also like some of the games that are available for it (like iBowl, which simulates bowling).
